雷电是油库区安全生产的最大隐患之一 ,建立多级雷电报警系统十分必要。经过多年现场实测证明 ,通过测量地面电场 ,可以精确掌握几十千米内云层带电情况 ,因此 ,测量雷暴前后地面电场的变化 ,建立报警系统是可行的。对大量测量数据进行分析研究 ,总结出雷暴发展过程中地面电场的变化规律 ,确定多级报警的阈值 ,提出以监测地面电场为主的雷电多级报警
Lightning is one of the biggest hidden dangers in the safe production in the oil depot area. It is very necessary to establish a multi-level lightning alarm system. After years of field measurement, it is proved that by measuring the electric field on the ground, it is possible to accurately grasp the charge of clouds in the tens of kilometers. Therefore, it is feasible to set up the alarm system by measuring the change of the electric field before and after the thunderstorm.
