本研究表明消费类杂志必须获得读者的忠诚和满意才能在市场上取得成功。本文检验了读者忠诚度和内容质量之间的关系,无论是杂志管理人员还是研究人员,都认为两者的关系显著。研究目的是确定杂志的读者满意度是读者忠诚度的相关因素。通过对消费类杂志的研究,作者得出杂志的内容质量与读者满意度以及读者忠诚度呈正相关关系的结论。
This study shows that consumer magazines must obtain the readers’ loyalty and satisfaction to succeed in the market. This article examines the relationship between reader loyalty and content quality, both magazine managers and researchers, both believe that the relationship between the two significant. The purpose of the study is to determine if reader magazine satisfaction is a relevant factor in reader loyalty. Through research on consumer magazines, the author concludes that magazine content quality is positively correlated with reader satisfaction and reader loyalty.
