造型工艺已确定了动力紧实为紧实型砂的发展趋势。尽管已做了大量的研究工作,但所得结果暂时还不能作为实际上广泛应用这种方法的可靠基础。为了选择最佳的工艺参数,需要进行在不同加荷速度时铸型的应力——变形状态的试验研究。研究时采用图1的装置。在水泥的基础上放着机座1,其上有垫模板3,450×450×100的加固砂箱和型砂。利用辊子架使装有可拆冲头2的活动冲击部件沿着两根导向杆上下移动。
Modeling process has identified a dynamic compaction for the development trend of compact sand. Although a great deal of research has been done, the results can not yet be used as a reliable basis for the widespread application of this method. In order to select the best process parameters, the experimental study of the stress-strain state of the mold at different loading rates is required. The study used the device of Figure 1. On the foundation of the cement stands the base 1, on which there is a reinforcing sandbox and molding sand with a pad template of 3,450 × 450 × 100. The movable impact member provided with the detachable punch 2 is moved up and down along the two guide rods by the roller holder.
