日前,济宁能源鲁泰煤业公司与山东双合煤矿有限公司签订协议,对双合煤矿进行接管。根据协议规定,鲁泰煤业公司先期将派驻32名技术管理人员,负责双合煤矿建设期间的井下施工管理,后期全面接管双合煤矿生产服务,预计可分流员工600余人,每年可节约人工费用近6 000万元。据悉,双合煤矿位于苏鲁交界地带,行政区划归山东省鱼台县老柴镇,距鱼台县城约10 km。矿区井田面积26 km2,总资产储量为10 831万t。(中国矿业报2014-05-08)
