在民主德国的维滕贝格“维特霍尔德·舒伯特”铁路修理工厂,待加工的轮对除了存放在加工车间外,还要用叉车运送到存放场地。每年大约要运送8000组轮对出、入车间,每次要跨越落轮轨道,还必须从工厂医生的检查室旁通过。由于经常占用轨道,而且噪声妨碍了医生的工作,因而产生了很多问题。除此以外,叉车每小时约消耗9升燃油。为克服上述问题设计了一个输送方案(图1)。
At the Wittberg Schubert railway repair plant in Wittenberg, Germany, the wheelsets to be processed were stored outside the processing plant and transported by forklift to the storage site. Approximately 8,000 sets of rounds are delivered each year, entering the workshop, each passing over the orbit, and must also be passed by the factory doctor’s examination room. Due to the frequent occupation of orbits and the noise disturbing the work of doctors, many problems have arisen. In addition, the forklift consumes about 9 liters of fuel per hour. In order to overcome the above problems, a delivery scheme has been designed (Figure 1).
