目的:探讨螺旋CT三维成像在胸腰椎骨折的临床应用价值。方法:对16例胸腰椎骨折的患者进行螺旋CT扫描,层厚2×1.0 mm,螺距1~1.5,重建间隔0.5 mm,扫描完成后,将原始数据传入工作站进行MPR、SSD重建。结果:轴位像是诊断的基础,3D像在显示骨折的空间关系上具有优势,MRP对于显示骨折内部情况较好。结论:螺旋CT各种软件功能结合应用更为精确的显示胸腰骨折的具体情况,为骨折的诊断和治疗提供有价值的信息。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of spiral CT three-dimensional imaging in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Methods: Thirty - six patients with thoracolumbar fractures were scanned by spiral CT, the thickness was 2 × 1.0 mm, the pitch was 1 ~ 1.5, and the reconstruction interval was 0.5 mm. After the scan was completed, the original data were sent to the workstation for MPR and SSD reconstruction. Results: Axial imaging was the basis of diagnosis. 3D imaging showed an advantage in displaying the spatial relationship of fractures. MRP showed better internal conditions. Conclusion: The combination of various software features of spiral CT shows more accurately the specific situation of thoracolumbar fractures, and provides valuable information for the diagnosis and treatment of fractures.
