目的:通过研究穴位埋线及中药复方对糖尿病血管内皮功能和胰岛素敏感性的影响,探讨其防治糖尿病微血管病变(DMAP)的机制。方法:腹腔注射四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病模型,经治疗16周后,测定血浆内皮素(ET)、血清一氧化氮(NO)、尿微量白蛋白(UAE)和胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)等指标。结果:模型组大鼠较正常对照组血浆ET、UAE含量升高,ISI、血清NO降低;经治疗后,ET、UAE明显降低,ISI、NO明显改善(P<0.01或P<0.001)。结论:穴位埋线及中药复方可通过改善血管内皮细胞功能,增强胰岛素敏感性,降低血糖,能有效地防治DMAP。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of preventing and treating diabetic microangiopathy (DMAP) by studying the effects of acupoint catgut embedding and Chinese herbal compound on the vascular endothelial function and insulin sensitivity of diabetes mellitus. METHODS: Diabetic models were established by intraperitoneal injection of alloxan. After 16 weeks of treatment, plasma endothelin (ET), serum nitric oxide (NO), urinary microalbumin (UAE), and insulin sensitivity index (ISI) were measured. RESULTS: Compared with the normal control group, the plasma ET and UAE levels in the model group increased, ISI and serum NO decreased; after treatment, ET and UAE decreased significantly, and ISI and NO significantly improved (P<0.01 or P<0.001). CONCLUSION: Acupoint catgut embedding and traditional Chinese medicine compound can effectively prevent and cure DMAP by improving the function of vascular endothelial cells, increasing insulin sensitivity and lowering blood glucose.
