In this paper, phytochemical analysis, suction and mathematical statistics analysis of the nutritional status of flue-cured tobacco in Icheon were evaluated. The results showed that under the current production conditions of Lichuan, the content of total nitrogen and phosphorus in tobacco leaves were too low, most of the tobacco samples of Lichuan were not deficient in magnesium, and the copper content in 21% of the samples was less than 10 × 10-6. B deficiency. Reducing sugar content of tobacco is more appropriate, but the content of nicotine is too low, resulting in a serious imbalance of nitrogen-to-alkali ratio and sugar-to-alkalis ratio. The main reason is related to the low content of nitrogen and copper and the excessive content of phosphorus and iron. Total score of smoking was significantly and positively correlated with nicotine content, positively correlated with nitrogen and potassium, but negatively with phosphorus content. The total score of smoking was also positively correlated with the contents of copper, magnesium, sulfur and manganese, negatively correlated with iron, boron and zinc, with extremely significant negative correlation with iron content. The results of path analysis showed that the relative sizes of nutrients to fragrant and edible taste were phosphorus> iron> nitrogen> boron> calcium> zinc> potassium> copper> magnesium> manganese> sulfur, of which nitrogen, calcium, zinc, potassium and copper And manganese on the aroma and flavor of the positive effect, phosphorus, iron, boron, magnesium and sulfur as a negative effect. It is recommended that Ichikawa appropriately increase nitrogen and copper, reduce the application of phosphorus, slightly increase or maintain the same amount of potassium, and take measures to reduce the absorption of iron by flue-cured tobacco.
