本文研究了温度和培养时间对三线镰刀菌M-20产毒性的影响。三线镰刀菌M-20是一株T-2毒素产生菌。该菌株接种在碎玉米培养基内,分别于不同培养温度和不同培养时间进行产毒性测试,培养物毒性用豌豆发芽抑制法测定。结果表明菌株M-20于5—15℃下,培养四周其产毒能力为最强,具有低温产毒特性。菌株M-20在不同培养时间,10℃培养条件下,其产毒高峰出现在培养的第二周之后。菌株M-20在10℃下的产毒能力要比在25℃下的强。
In this paper, the effects of temperature and incubation time on the lethality of three-line Fusarium M-20 were studied. Fusarium graminearum M-20 is a T-2 toxin producing bacterium. The strain was inoculated on crushed corn medium and tested for toxicity at different culture temperatures and culture times, respectively. The toxicity of the culture was determined by pea germination inhibition method. The results showed that the strain M-20 at 5-15 ℃, the four weeks of culture its ability to produce the strongest, with low-temperature toxin characteristics. Strain M-20 in different culture time, 10 ℃ culture conditions, the peak in the emergence of the culture after the second week. The viability of strain M-20 at 10 ° C was stronger than at 25 ° C.
