孤东油田开发进入特高含水期 ,原油综合含水已达到 94%。尤其是油田开发进入后期 ,原油乳化程度越来越严重 ,造成油水沉降分离困难 ,外输原油含水不断上升 (从 1996年到1998年外输原油含水由 0 6 6 %上升到目前的 0 93% )。 1998年 4~ 10月中 ,其中有 4个月外输油含水大于 1 0 % ,高值 1 6 3% ,超过外输油含水指标。降低外输原油含水的技术措施 :①采用高效游离水脱除工艺 ;②优选出HBD— 2、WD— 2、复合 16 9三种破乳剂 ,开发研究CW— 0 1、CW— 0 1BH系列污水除油剂 ;③充分利用现有大罐等设施进行多级分水 ;④应用旋流除砂洗砂装置 ;⑤应用自动变频闭环系统
Gudong Oilfield development into the ultra-high water cut, crude oil has reached 94% of the combined water. Especially in the late stage of oilfield development, the degree of emulsification of crude oil is more and more serious, resulting in the difficulty of separation of oil and water settling and the increase of the water content of the crude oil transported from outside (from 1996 to 1998, the moisture content of crude oil for export increased from 0 6 6% to 0 93% ). From April to October 1998, out of the 4 months, the water content of oil transportation was more than 10% and the high value was 16.3%, exceeding the water content index of the oil transportation. Technical measures to reduce the water content of crude oil for export: (1) Efficient free water removal process is adopted; (2) HBD-2, WD-2 and compound 16 9 demulsifiers are selected to develop CW-0 1 and CW- 0 1BH series of sewage Degreasing agent; (3) make full use of existing facilities such as large tanks for multi-level water diversion; (4) application of swirling sand removal and sand washing device; (5) application of automatic frequency conversion closed-loop system
