Starting from the Notification of Employment Apprenticeship Program of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Ministry of Education and other relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, this paper proposes a management mechanism of internship practice which integrates employment with employment training system to improve the quality of personnel training and the smooth development of students Employment provides the basis for research.
