本文叙述克莱马克斯钼公司的磨矿和分级回路。从1974年安装一台计算机直接数字控制机以来,发展了许多控制思想并进行评价。本文特别论述由球磨机、恒速矿浆泵和水力旋流器组成的湿式磨矿回路的直接数字控制中所得到的实际经验和结果。此回路能在保护所需产品粒度的情况下,获得最大处理量。产品粒度是通过测量操作变量推算出来的。
This article describes the grinding and grading circuit of the Klemax Molybdenum Company. Since the installation of a direct numerical control computer in 1974, a number of control ideas have been developed and evaluated. This article specifically discusses the practical experience and results gained in the direct digital control of a wet grinding circuit consisting of a ball mill, a constant velocity slurry pump, and a hydrocyclone. This circuit maximizes the throughput while protecting the granularity of the desired product. Product granularity is calculated by measuring the operating variables.
