近年来,国企面临着金融危机的外部冲击与内部人才资源的匮乏双重困难。如何进行国有企业人力资源开发成为了解决问题的关键。企业培训是人力资源开发的最有效手段。本文介绍了人力资源培训理论,国有企业人力资源培训面临的问题,并对完善国企培训体系提出了一系列建议。
In recent years, state-owned enterprises are faced with the double difficulties of external shocks from the financial crisis and lack of internal human resources. How to carry out human resources development in state-owned enterprises has become the key to solving the problems. Enterprise training is the most effective means of human resource development. This article introduces the theory of human resources training and the problems faced by human resources training in state-owned enterprises. It also puts forward a series of suggestions on how to perfect the training system for state-owned enterprises.
