油水中间过渡层是油水分离处理过程中,在油水界面上形成的一层稳定的油水乳状液。当油水中间过渡层达到一定厚度时,随分离后的油、水一起进入其它处理环节,严重地破坏了油水分离过程,影响了原油脱水质量和含油污水处理效果。因此需要在生产中和工艺上采取有效措施加以预防,同时对已经形成的油水中间过渡层要查出形成的原因,分析组成成分,有针对性地优选、研制化学药剂,并因地制宜地选择适当的处理工艺。
