应用FLUENT软件分析了原油流经180°弯管时,内压P随弯管出口压强P_0、入口流速v、流体密度ρ及弯管弯曲度k=R/D变化的分布规律,建立了相应135种工况内压P分布数据库;据弯管内壁面压强P在不同参数(P_0、v、ρ、k)下的分布、变化规律,应用1stOpt软件分析拟合了弯管内压分布计算公式;并通过11种工况FLUENT数值模拟结果比对,验证了该公式的计算精度(最大相对误差d≤0.045%),为高压、高流速、长距离输油管道和弯管设计及其安全性评估提供了依据。
By using FLUENT software, the distribution of internal pressure P with the outlet pressure P_0, inlet velocity v, fluid density ρ and bending curvature k = R / D of crude oil flowing through 180 ° elbow was analyzed.
