目的观察酒石酸托特罗定缓释胶囊对前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的治疗效果。方法采用随机、双盲的方法将60例前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予口服酒石酸托特罗定缓释胶囊4 mg,qd（辉瑞制药有限公司）,对照组给予口服酒石酸托特罗定片4mg,bid（南京美瑞制药有限公司）,时间为3d。结果治疗组与对照组疗效类似,差异无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）,但治疗组不良反应口干发生率为23%,对照组为30%。结论托特罗定释胶囊较普通片服用方便,不良反应率低,是治疗膀胱痉挛的更佳选择。
