以某公司生产的圆振动筛为研究对象,利用振动理论精确建立了该系统的三自由度动力学模型和振动微分方程。对系统的振动微分方程进行简化,通过理论推导得出机体质心运动的近似解析表达式,进而得到机体上任意点的运动方程。结果表明,机体上除某些特殊点外,其他点的运动轨迹为大小不一的椭圆。另外运用Simulink实例仿真得到质心的运动轨迹,进一步论证理论推导的正确性;为振动筛的设计与优化提供了一定的理论依据。
Taking a round vibrating screen made by a company as the research object, the three degrees of freedom dynamic model and the vibration differential equation of the system are precisely established by using the vibration theory. The system vibration differential equation is simplified, the approximate analytic expression of the mass center motion of the body is deduced theoretically, and then the motion equation at any point on the body is obtained. The results show that, except for some special points on the body, the trajectories of other points are ellipses with different sizes. In addition, Simulink simulation was used to simulate the trajectory of the center of mass to further verify the correctness of the theoretical derivation. This provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the shale shaker.
