近来,间充质干细胞(MSCs)研究中的免疫生物特性越来越受到关注。MSCs是多潜能,具有自我修复和组织再生能力的细胞,其本身还具备低免疫原性和免疫调节功能,并显示出抗炎、免疫增强和免疫反应等多模式效应,正是由于MSCs所具有的这些免疫特性,使其在免疫抑制、移植,肿瘤治疗等临床应用方面具有广阔的潜能。本文旨在对处在免疫学背景下MSCs的生物特性及临床相关应用展开讨论及探索。
Recently, immunobiological properties in mesenchymal stem cell (MSCs) research are receiving increasing attention. MSCs are pluripotent, self-repairing and tissue-regenerating cells, which themselves possess low immunogenicity and immunomodulatory function and show multi-modal effects such as anti-inflammatory, immune enhancement and immune response. It is due to the fact that MSCs have These immunological properties make it have a vast potential for clinical applications such as immunosuppression, transplantation, oncology and the like. This article aims to discuss and explore the biological characteristics and clinical application of MSCs under the background of immunology.
