马钢一号水平连铸机是“六五”期间国家攻关项目之一。由马钢公司、冶金部自动化研究所、北京钢铁学院、河北矿冶学院、清华大学等单位联合承担进行研制。由于攻关组全体成员密切配合,通力协作,提前完成了攻关任务。经过200炉热试表明,其性能指标均达到设计要求。为了总结攻关经验,加快二号水平连铸机的攻关和今后的推广应用,冶金部于1985年10月25～28日在马鞍山市召开了马钢一号水平连铸
Masteel No.1 Horizontal Continuous Casting Machine is one of the national research projects during the “Sixth Five-Year Plan” period. By the Masteel, Metallurgical Institute of Automation, Beijing Iron and Steel Institute, Hebei Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Tsinghua University and other units jointly undertake research and development.
