研究的闯红灯自动记录系统主要是抓拍路口车辆闯红灯等违章行为。视频检测是本系统实现的核心,用来检测车辆是否有违章行为。整个检测算法中包括停车线检测、虚拟线圈的设置和缩减、基于道路方向的三步搜索算法。基于道路方向的三步搜索算法是检测算法的核心,它利用了在视频编码得到广泛使用的块匹配搜索算法,得到虚拟线圈的运动矢量,估计车辆的运动估计,利用运动矢量的幅值与幅角均值和标准偏差来判断车辆是否违章。经实验证明,系统准确性高、实时性高,具有很好的可扩展性和高性价比。
The study of red light automatic recording system is mainly to capture the red light at intersections and other illegal activities.
