随着我国社会经济的发展和城市化发展脚步的加快,对建筑物的需求量也是在大幅度的增加,随之而来的就是工程事故问题。工程监理在我国建筑工程领域已经实行了十多年,对于建筑而言,不管是在整个工程的质量方面还是在工程的安全方面工程监理都起着重要的作用。随着工程项目日新月异的变化,安全管理已经在工程项目监理中占着十分重要的地位。
As China’s social and economic development and the pace of urbanization accelerate, the demand for buildings is also a substantial increase, followed by the problem of engineering accidents. Engineering supervision has been practiced for more than ten years in the field of construction engineering in China. For construction, engineering supervision plays an important role both in the quality of the whole project and in the engineering safety. With the rapid changes of construction projects, safety management has occupied a very important position in the supervision of construction projects.
