十一届三中全会后,党和国家的工作着重点转移到社会主义现代化建设、转移到经济工作上来并逐步推进经济体制改革开放。这种战略“转移”决定,改革开放30年来的历史必然是党领导经济工作、领导改革的历史。本文正是基于此点,探讨邓小平社会主义市场经济理论的形成过程,又及在这种理论指导下,党对经济体制改革认识的发展阶段。全文结构分三部分:一、中共第一代领导集体对社会主义经济模式的最初探索;二、邓小平社会主义市场经济理论的创立;三、中国社会主义市场经济体制改革的发展阶段。
After the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, the work of the party and the state shifted its focus to socialist modernization, shifted to economic work, and gradually promoted the reform and opening up of the economic system. This strategy of “transfer” determines that the history of 30 years of reform and opening up must be the party’s history of leading economic work and leading the reform. Based on this point, this article explores the formation process of Deng Xiaoping’s theory of socialist market economy and the development phase of the party’s understanding of economic system reform under the guidance of such theory. The full text structure is divided into three parts: First, the first generation of the CPC collective leadership of the initial exploration of the socialist economic model; Second, Deng Xiaoping’s theory of socialist market economy was founded; Third, China’s socialist market economy reform stage.
