组织心理学是一门主要研究企业、社会组织等管理人员的心理存在和体现状况以及对应行为的心理学科,其具有非常广泛的应用范围,同时也具有很大的实际应用性和应用作用。就企业管理的角度而言,组织心理学往往是通过与管理心理学的结合进行企业管理的,因而,在现实操作中,其具体应用状况存在一定的问题。为此,本文将对组织心理学研究的情景及多层次理论进行研究分析,以期给相关研究者以有益借鉴。
Organizational psychology is a psychological discipline which mainly studies the psychological existence and the manifestation of the managers of enterprises and social organizations and their corresponding behaviors. It has a very wide range of applications, and also has great practical application and application role. From the perspective of business management, organizational psychology is often managed through the combination of management and psychology. Therefore, in actual operation, there are some problems in its application.
