我们知道食用蔬菜上往往残留微量的农药,去除蔬菜上残留农药的简易方法有浸泡水洗法、碱水浸泡法、去皮法、储存法、加热法等.蔬菜污染的农药品种主要为有机磷类杀虫剂,它难溶于水.浸泡水洗法仅能除去部分污染的农药,是清洗蔬菜水果上的污物和去除残留农药的基础方法.用水进行清洗时一般先用水冲洗掉表面污物,然后用清水浸泡.我们常用的浸泡水洗法效果如何?当水量一定时,是分一次清洗,还是分多次清洗效果更好?以上问题我们可以用数学中的函数观点来解决.去年上海高考卷中设计了这样一题:
