每年3月的几件大事:高歌妇女、学雷锋、植树,当然还有谈服务。白驹过隙,又是一年3·15。回顾刚刚过去的2012年,ICT行业的发展可谓轰轰烈烈。移动互联网时代的到来给电信行业带来更大的挑战,互联网公司的跃跃欲试和虎视眈眈让电信运营商没法继续淡定了,当技术达到一定水平时,抢占市场、稳住客户需要拼的还是服务。电信业是国民经济基础性、先导性、战略性产业。自从改革开放以来,电信业在改革中发展、在发展中改革,实现了跨越式发展,发展速度快、改革力度大、服务改善明显等特点突出,服务经济社会发展的能力显著增强,我国电信业已进入新的发展阶段。在新形势下,如何进一步提高电信服务质量以更好地保护消费者的权益?随着移动互联网业务的推进和3G的全面展开,电信服务取得了哪些成效?目前面临着怎样的问题?今后要如何改善?
