目的对火绒草的化学成分进行分离与鉴定。方法应用硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱和高效液相制备色谱分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果从火绒草中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为咖啡酸乙酯(ethyl caffeate,1)、芹菜素(apigenin,2)、对羟基苯甲酸(P-hydroxybenzoic acid,3)、原儿茶醛(protocatechuic aldehyde,4)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,5)、咖啡酸(caffeic acid,化合物6)、槲皮素(quercetin,7)、木犀草素(luteolin,8)、对羟基桂皮酸(p-hydroxy cinnamic acid,9)、阿魏酸(ferulic acid,10)。结论化合物1-3、8首次从火绒草中分离得到,化合物1-3为首次从火绒草属植物中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of compounds were determined by physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as ethyl caffeate (1), apigenin (2), P-hydroxybenzoic acid (3), protocatechuic aldehyde protocatechuic acid (5), caffeic acid (compound 6), quercetin (7), luteolin (8), p-hydroxycinnamic acid p-hydroxy cinnamic acid (9), ferulic acid (10). Conclusion Compounds 1-3 and 8 were isolated from flax grass for the first time. Compounds 1-3 were isolated from flax genus for the first time.
