温州企业家人才群的学习力体现在五个方面,即:创业致富是温州企业家的强大学习动力;“吃苦耐劳”的性格是温州企业家学习的毅力;悠久的历史文化提升了温州企业家的学习能力;“敢为人先”的精神不断激发温州企业家的创新能力;永嘉学派的“事功思想”是温州企业家实践应用能力的思想来源。在此基础上进一步对温州企业家人才群的成长过程作了考察,系统地阐述了学习力对温州企业家人才群成长的积极影响。 Wenzhou entrepreneurial talent group’s learning power embodied in five aspects, namely: Entrepreneurship and wealth is a powerful entrepreneurial motivation in Wenzhou; “hard-working ” character is the entrepreneurial learning perseverance in Wenzhou; long history and culture to enhance the Wenzhou Entrepreneur’s ability to learn; “dare to be the first person ” spirit constantly inspire the entrepreneur’s ability to innovate in Wenzhou; “the thought of doing things ” of Yongjia School is the ideological origin of Wenzhou entrepreneur practical ability of application. On the basis of this, we further investigate the process of the growth of Wenzhou entrepreneurial talent group, and systematically expound the positive influence of learning ability on the growth of Wenzhou entrepreneurial talent group.
