学习能力是先天遗传因素和后天训练的合金。学习能力在青少年时期不断增长,中年之后则缓慢下降,这是由于感知能力和机械识记能力等认知心理活动能力下降所致。在成人教育的教学过程中应该根据成人的学习特征,增加视、听方面的刺激强度,给予充裕接受和反应时间。精选教材,充分运用成人逻辑思维能力强的优势,联系实际,联系个体经验是提高教学效果的可靠途径。
Learning ability is an inherited genetic and acquired training alloy. Learning ability grew steadily in adolescence and decreased slowly after middle age as a result of diminished ability of cognitive psychology, such as cognitive ability and mechanical memory ability. In adult education teaching process should be based on adult learning characteristics, increase visual and listening aspects of the stimulus intensity, give plenty of acceptance and response time.
