为降低微生物采油矿场试验的风险,制定科学合理的实施方案,对目前国内外源微生物驱的现场实施情况进行了调研,从注入量、注入浓度、注入方式及增油量对驱油效果的影响等方面分析发现,目前外源微生物驱矿场应用正处于发展和完善阶段,注入量多在0.002—0.007倍孔隙体积(PV)之间,微生物浓度在1%—3%之间,注入方式主要为周期注入和段塞注入,取得了良好的效果,但在菌种和工艺方面仍存在一些亟待突破的技术。根据国内外源微生物矿场试验的现状,建议通过引进先进的微生物学技术,培养出更多能够以廉价且丰富的营养物为基础生长的菌种。针对具体目标油藏选取调驱结合、吞吐与驱替结合或内源与外源微生物驱相结合的方式,通过改变注入水的水质及采用生物抑制的方法保持微生物驱油的连续性,进一步改善外源微生物驱油的应用前景。
