2012年10月29日,广州市第十四届人大常委会第八次会议听取了《广州市人民政府关于我市学前教育工作情报的报告》,常委会部分组成人员就这一议题召开了专题询问会。关于广州市属机关幼儿园的管理体制改革问题,广州市发改委领导说,市属公办幼儿园管理体制改革的目标有两点:第一,归口教育行政部门管理。第二,面向社会公开招生。这次改革将分两阶段进行:第一,2013年暑期以前移交市教育局管理。第二,市教育局在2016年将市属公办幼儿园下放给各园区所在区教育行政部门管理。下一步将把改革措施和发展措施放在一起研究解决,在推进体制改革的同时,
