当钻头将要钻透被加工零件时,自动地减低此时的进给量,是防止钻头折断的有效方法。图1所示装置可以达到这一目的。轴套2的尾锥部插入钻床主轴1内。轴套圆柱部位侧壁有通孔,孔中装有滚珠4,滚珠的表面与具有圆锥内表面的活动环3相接触。心轴下端装有钻夹6和钻头7,心轴上端与轴套的内表面滑配合。心轴向下移动被可拆换的挡圈9所限制。

The lower end of the mandrel is equipped with a drill chuck 6 and a drill 7, and the upper end of the mandrel is slidably matched with the inner surface of the sleeve. The downward movement of the mandrel is limited by the removable collar 9.
