非对称正交铺层使得复合材料层压板产生面内翘曲,脱离铺层平面,并且形成两个稳定存在状态。对于非对称铺层产生的变形,无论是来自物理因素还是化学因素,最初的认识都是固化收缩引发内应力。双稳态复合材料恰恰充分利用了这一点:即利用这种非对称铺层自身两个稳定存在的状态,通过极小的外界能量引发形状的改变,以达到工程应用的要求。本文综述了非对称正交铺层双稳态复合材料在国内外发展与应用的情况,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
Asymmetric orthogonality causes the composite laminates to warp in-plane, out of the plane of layup, and form two stable existent states. For asymmetric ply deformation, whether from physical or chemical factors, the initial understanding is that curing shrinkage initiates internal stress. Bistable composites take full advantage of this: the use of asymmetric ply itself two stable existence of the state, with minimal external energy induced shape changes in order to meet the engineering requirements. This review summarizes the development and application of asymmetric orthogonal ply bistable composites at home and abroad, and prospects its development trend.
