结合沈阳飞机制造公司的客观实际,借鉴波音公司先进的计划管理方法,对我国飞机制造企业热加工车间的计划体系模式进行了深入的探讨。提出了热处理车间如何根据自身的生产特点,有效地做好计划工作的方法。其中包括建立军、民机项目零件的热处理工艺信息数据库,确定标准流程、标准时间等。这些基础工作将提高工艺准备和生产准备的效率,为制定热处理生产作业计划奠定基础,从而使企业主进度计划的有效实施成为可能,为进一步建立热处理标准流程计算机管理系统和作业计划控制系统提供可靠的依据。本文的研究成果对现代大型企业计划体系的建立和完善具有一定的应用参考价值。
