应用坤宁止血汤辅助治疗早期妊娠流产,我们对50例49d内早期妊娠的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,治疗组采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物流产,治疗结果显示完全流产46例占92%,不全流产4例占8.0%,对照组完全流产28例占56%,不全流产22例占44%,两组间差异有显著性(P<0.01)。提示药物流产同时加用中药,可提高药物流产的成功率和缩短出血时间,减少出血量,因此我们对早孕妇女的药物流产,加用自拟坤宁止血汤探讨其临床疗效,现报告如下。1临床资料
