北京钢铁学院同学在北京特殊钢厂用直接打入热电偶的方法连续测定了6吨直筒形转炉烘炉曲线,作为研究烘炉时有价值的参考资料.北京特殊钢厂烘炉是以无烟煤作为燃料,点火前煤和木柴分层加入,从风眼插入烧红铁钎点火引燃,在烘烤过程中倒炉停风加煤,达到一定温度(约3小时后将炉体倒置,自然通风烘烤炉底和风眼,反复4次约3~3.5小时,全部烘烤时间一般为11~12小时,总用煤量约10吨左右。测得烘炉曲线见图1和图2,沿着炉衬砖不同厚度在烘炉过程中温度变化见图3.
