常压条件下,以玉米芯为原料,硫酸为催化剂,甲苯为萃取剂,分别考察了加热温度、反应时间、酸质量分数及液固比对糠醛得率的影响。糠醛得率随着加热温度及反应时间的增加而提高,当加热温度为160℃,反应时间为90 min时,糠醛得率达到极大值,8.43%。糠醛得率随着硫酸质量分数增加呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势。当硫酸质量分数为25%时,糠醛得率最大。继续提高硫酸质量分数,糠醛得率降低,当硫酸质量分数为35%时,糠醛得率在90 min时仅为0.62%。结果表明:在实验条件范围内,玉米芯水解制备糠醛的理想条件为:反应温度160℃、反应时间60 min、酸质量分数25%、液固比为10∶1(mL∶g)。在该反应条件下,糠醛得率为8.15%。
Atmospheric conditions, the corn cob as raw material, sulfuric acid as catalyst, toluene as extractant, were investigated heating temperature, reaction time, acid mass fraction and liquid-solid ratio on furfural yield. The yield of furfural increased with the increase of heating temperature and reaction time. When the heating temperature was 160 ℃ and the reaction time was 90 min, the yield of furfural reached a maximum of 8.43%. With the increase of sulfuric acid content, the yield of furfural increased first and then decreased. When the sulfuric acid mass fraction is 25%, furfural yield is the highest. With the increase of sulfuric acid content, the yield of furfural decreased. When the content of sulfuric acid was 35%, the yield of furfural was only 0.62% at 90 min. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the hydrolysis of corncob to produce furfural were as follows: reaction temperature 160 ℃, reaction time 60 min, acid mass fraction 25% and liquid to solid ratio 10:1 (mL: g). The furfural yield was 8.15% under the reaction conditions.
