本文综合介绍了石油大学钻井环空水力学课题组近10年来所研究的成果。重点介绍了(1)垂直井同心环空中幂律流体及牛顿流体轴向流层流流场的研究,建立了速度、视粘度、排量及压耗等模式;(2)垂直井同心环空中纯粘性流体螺旋流层流流场的理论分析;(3)定向井偏心环空中幂律流体流动规律及宾汉流体轴向流层流流场的研究;(4)定向井及水平井岩屑运移机理与规律的研究,从实验架上实际观察得出了反映岩屑运移机理的四种流动物理模型,分析了影响岩屑运移的因素;根据双层理论导出了大斜度井岩屑床厚度的理论模式,并通过大量室内实验得出了大斜度井及水平井段岩屑床厚度的经验模式,这些研究成果都得到了现场的验证,并成功地应用到走向井钻井施工中。
This paper introduces the achievements of the research group of drilling annular hydraulic mechanics of the University of Petroleum in recent 10 years. (1) The research on the flow field of power law fluid and Newtonian fluid in laminar air of vertical well with concentric annulus, and the velocity, apparent viscosity, displacement and pressure loss modes are established. (2) The theoretical analysis of the flow field of the pure viscous fluid spiral flow laminar flow; (3) the law of power law fluid and the axial flow laminar flow field of Binhan fluid in the directional well; (4) Migration mechanisms and laws of the debris flow, four kinds of flow physics models reflecting the mechanism of debris flow are observed from the experimental frame, and the factors affecting the debris flow are analyzed. According to the double-layer theory, The theoretical model of the thickness of cuttings bed and the empirical model of the depth of cuttings bed in the high-deviated well and the horizontal well have been obtained through a large number of laboratory experiments. These research results have been verified on site and successfully applied to the directional well drilling Construction.
