目的探讨特制人工假体在治疗四肢恶性骨肿瘤重建膝关节功能的疗效。方法将大段肿瘤骨,包括周围正常软组织3～5cm广泛切除,采用人工特制假体置换进行功能重建。结果61例病人,随访1～6年,死亡20例,局部复发12例(19.7%),两年无瘤生存49例,5年生存率67.2%。结论特制人工假体治疗四肢恶性骨肿瘤,可不截肢,并保留肢体功能,而且能够有效防止肿瘤复发。 Objective To investigate the curative effect of special artificial prosthesis on the reconstruction of knee joint function in malignant bone tumor of extremities. Methods A large section of tumor bone, including the surrounding normal soft tissue 3 ~ 5cm wide excision, artificial prosthesis replacement for functional reconstruction. Results Sixty-one patients were followed up for 1-6 years. Twenty patients died of local recurrence in 12 patients (19.7%). Two patients survived without disease in 49 patients and the 5-year survival rate was 67.2%. Conclusion Special artificial prosthesis for the treatment of malignant bone tumors of the extremities can not amputate and retain limb function, and can effectively prevent tumor recurrence.
