近年来随着科学技术的不断发展,在高校档案管理工作中很多新的科学技术被广泛的运用到高校档案管理的工作中。现如今,是高校档案管理转型的关键,如何从传统的档案管理工作顺利的转向利用先进的科学技术、计算机网络技术进行档案管理,是当前工作的重中之重。高校档案管理工作的现代化水平决定了它与时俱进的步伐和可持续发展的程度。通过分析当前高校档案管理工作中存在的制约档案管理可持续发展的问题,指出创新是当前档案管理工作可持续发展的内在动力,另外,努力提高档案管理工作人员的综合素质也是高校档案管理工作可持续发展的重要方向之一。
In recent years, with the continuous development of science and technology, many new science and technology in college archives management have been widely applied to college archives management. Nowadays, it is the key to the transformation of archives management in colleges and universities. It is a top priority in the current work how to smoothly shift from the traditional archives management to the use of advanced science and technology and computer network technology for archival management. The modernization of university archives management determines the pace of its progress with the times and the extent of sustainable development.
