研究两种共混工艺对PA6/EPDM/nano-CaCO3三元复合材料形态与性能的影响。即一步法:PA6、EPDM和nano-CaCO3直接熔融挤出共混;二步法:EPDM和nano-CaCO3先混炼制得母料,母料再与PA6熔融挤出共混。研究发现:二步法工艺会使nano-CaCO3选择性分布在EPDM相中形成“沙袋结构”。“沙袋结构”粒子具有独特的“微纤化”断裂耗能方式,可以有效地改善复合材料的韧性与刚性。
The effects of two blending processes on the morphology and properties of PA6 / EPDM / nano-CaCO3 ternary composites were studied. That is one-step method: PA6, EPDM and nano-CaCO3 direct melt extrusion blend; two-step method: EPDM and nano-CaCO3 first mixed masterbatch obtained, masterbatch then PA6 melt extrusion blend. The study found that: two-step process will nano-CaCO3 selectively distributed in the EPDM phase to form “sandbag structure ”. “Sandbag structure ” particles have a unique “microfibrillation ” fracture energy consumption mode, which can effectively improve the toughness and rigidity of the composite material.
