[目的]观察参麦、生脉注射液及中药汤剂联合西药治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效。[方法]选择符合诊断标准的病例共158例,随机分为治疗组86例,对照组72例。对照组采用急性心梗常规处置,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用参麦注射液40～80mL加入5%葡萄糖250mL中静点,1次/d;或生脉注射液60mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250mL中静点,1次/d。并根据中医辨证分型加服中药汤剂,2次/d。治疗6个疗程后,观察两组病人治疗前后动态心电图、血清酶与临床症状改善情况。[结果]治疗组总有效率83.72%,对照组总有效率68.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗急性心肌梗死可提高疗效,减少病死率。
[Objective] To observe the clinical effects of Shenmai, Shengmai Injection and Chinese herbal decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. [Methods] A total of 158 cases were selected according to the diagnostic criteria and were randomly divided into treatment group (86 cases) and control group (72 cases). The control group was treated with conventional treatment of acute myocardial infarction. The treatment group was treated with 40 ~ 80mL of Shenmai injection plus 250mL of 5% dextrose in the middle point, once / d or 60mL of Shengmai injection by adding 5% Glucose injection 250mL in the static point, 1 time / d. And according to TCM syndrome plus Chinese medicine decoction, 2 times / d. After 6 courses of treatment, the dynamic electrocardiogram, serum enzyme and clinical symptoms of two groups were observed before and after treatment. [Results] The total effective rate was 83.72% in the treatment group and 68.00% in the control group. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Integrative treatment of acute myocardial infarction can improve the curative effect and reduce the mortality.
