应用国际补体参考实验室的方法,对洛阳地区正常汉族家系184条染色体做了补体单倍型的检测与分析,并与南方汉族做了比较。共发现频率大于0.01的补体单倍型19个,频率居前3位者为SC31(0.2174),SC42(0.1685)和SC32(0.1087),有11个型别呈连锁不平衡。Bf,C2,C4A和C4B等位基因的频率分别以BfS,C2C,C4A3,C4A4,C4B1和C4B2频率居高。而且洛阳汉族BfS,C2C和C4B3等位基因的频率明显高于广东汉族(P<0.05或P<0.01),显示了南北汉族间的显著差异。此外,就主要补体单倍型频率与日本人、白种人和黑种人做了比较与讨论。结论阐明了北方汉族补体单倍型的种类、频率,以及与南方汉族型别分布的差异。
Complement haplotypes were detected and analyzed in 184 chromosomes of normal Han nationality in Luoyang by using international complement reference laboratories, and compared with southern Han nationality. A total of 19 complementarily haplotype frequencies of more than 0.01 were found, among which SC31 (0.2174), SC42 (0.1685) and SC32 (0.1087) unbalanced. The frequencies of Bf, C2, C4A and C4B alleles were high with Bf * S, C2 * C, C4A * 3, C4A * 4, C4B * 1 and C4B * 2 respectively. Moreover, the frequencies of BfS, C2C and C4B3 alleles in Han nationality in Luoyang were significantly higher than those in Guangdong Han (P <0.05 or P <0.01), indicating significant differences between North and South Han populations. In addition, the major complement haplotype frequencies were compared and discussed with Japanese, Caucasians and Blacks. The conclusion clarified the types, frequencies and differences of haplotypes of Han Han nationality in northern China.
