一、用真心关爱学生对于刚从小学毕业升入初一的新生而言,第一个要面对的是军训的辛苦和多学科学习的高度紧张。由于小学阶段学科相对比较少,而初中一下增加了好几门学科,学生一时难以把握。要从根本上解决这些问题就要及时了解他们的思想动态,有目标有措施有步骤的做好学生的思想工作。教师可以开展多种多样的活动来充实学生的生活,让他们感受到集体生活的温暖、乐趣,分享他们的喜怒哀乐,排解他们想家的痛苦,获得学生的尊重和信任。
