广泛参与粮食国际贸易,有利于提高全社会的经济福利。在参与粮食国际贸易的过程中,必须加强风险控制与风险管理。一方面,增强粮食进出口规模的稳定性;另一方面,要对贸易策略进行适时调整以应对国际市场贸易结构的变化。只有在风险可控以及贸易策略有效的条件下,广泛参与粮食国际贸易才能在既获得经济利益的同时,又促进我国粮食安全目标的实现。
Extensive participation in international trade in food is conducive to improving the economic welfare of the entire society. In participating in the international trade of grain, it is necessary to strengthen risk control and risk management. On the one hand, to enhance the stability of the scale of grain import and export; on the other hand, it is necessary to make timely adjustments to trade strategies in response to changes in the international market trade structure.
