报道1995年对南宁市28家餐饮业食(饮)具的卫生状况调查,结果表明,全年食(饮)具合格率79.3%,呈逐季上升趋势,国营>个人>集体,远红外和药物相结合或单独用蒸汽消毒法的单位合格率保持85%以上,消毒、保洁设施改进后、操作规范后合格率均提高。建议集体企业应加强自身管理,完善各项设施,执行操作规范,监督部门应加强检查。
A survey on the health status of food and drink in 28 catering industries in Nanning City was reported in 1995. The results showed that the annual rate of food and drink was 79.3%, showing an upward trend of quarter by quarter. The state owned enterprises, collectives and far Infrared and drug combination or alone steam sterilization unit of the pass rate of more than 85%, disinfection, cleaning facilities improvement, the operation of the code after passing rate. It is suggested that collective enterprises should strengthen their own management, improve various facilities and implement operational norms, supervision departments should strengthen the inspection.
