纵观全球邻域内,国家间的竞争直至区域的竞争,其实就是城市群间的竞争。以区域一体化为方法,合力创建一个世界级城市群,引领中国乃至全球发展大势,是京津冀应有的战略思维。将法治的稳定性和规范性转换成经济社会健康有序发展的基石,弥补京津冀三地的定位不清晰,分工不合理,区域发展差距大等一系列问题是我们现阶段必须要解决的前瞻性问题所在。
Looking at the global neighborhood, the competition between countries until the region’s competition is actually the competition among urban agglomerations. It is a strategic thinking that Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei should have in order to establish a world-class urban agglomeration by regional integration and lead the development trend in China and even in the world. The stability and normativity of the rule of law are transformed into the cornerstone of the healthy and orderly development of economy and society. A series of problems such as the unclear positioning of the three places in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the unreasonable division of labor, and the large regional development gap are the problems that we must solve now Prospective problem lies.
