随着课程改革的大力推进,课堂教学有了质的变化和飞跃,教师在课堂上扮演的角色已经从“导演”、“主导者”逐渐走向“参与者”、“合作者”.在教学形式上,出现的小组合作学习成为一道风景.合作学习是建构主义学习理论指导下的一种学习策略,它集中体现了建构主义所倡导的认知工具、社会构建和认知分享的观点,具有使学生优势互补、信息沟通、疑难共解、形成良好人际关系,促进大家共同提高的目的.在实际教学过程中,笔者对数学课堂小组合作交流实践产生了一些质疑和思考.
