1 中细碎机机身底部加保护套 PYB2100型和PYD2100型中细碎圆锥破碎机的机身底盖螺栓经常被下落的矿石敲击,造成底盖螺栓松动及底盘漏油严量。1991年3～10月对其改造,即在机身底部加设一保护套(φ830/φ870×150),如图所示。主要是防止矿石直接敲击底盖螺栓,以保护螺栓;同时在保护套焊烧耐磨焊条(TD0—1型),以增加保护套的耐磨性,延长其使用寿命。从而解决了中细碎机机身底部螺栓松动漏油问题,缩短了大修工期,节约资金3.6万元。
