目的了解我院门诊处方开具、用药情况,提高处方质量,促进合理用药。方法随机抽取我院门诊4~7月份处方(精麻处方除外)16000张,根据《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》(卫医管发[2010]28号)及相关资料,对不合格处方进行统计分析。结果不合格处方312张,占抽查处方的1.95%,包括不规范处方149张,用药不合理处方163张。结论我院门诊处方质量合格率98.05%,符合三甲医院处方质量要求,但仍存在一些不合格处方,医院应加强监管机制,医师、药师加强药学知识的学习,进一步提高处方质量,保障患者用药安全、有效。
Objective To understand the outpatient prescriptions and medication in our hospital, improve the quality of prescriptions and promote rational drug use. Methods A total of 16000 prescriptions (except prescriptions of Jingma) were randomly collected from our outpatient department in April to July. According to the “Management Regulations of Hospital Reviews (Trial)” (Weiyao Guan Fa [2010] No.28) and relevant materials, conduct statistical analysis. The results of 312 failed prescriptions, accounting for 1.95% of random checks, including 149 non-standard prescriptions, irrational prescriptions 163. Conclusions The qualified rate of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital is 98.05%, which meets the prescription quality requirements of the top three hospitals. However, there are still some unqualified prescriptions. The hospital should strengthen the regulatory mechanism. Physicians and pharmacists should strengthen the study of pharmacy knowledge to further improve the prescription quality and ensure the safety of patients’ medication ,effective.
