本文叙述了利用固体中的光-声效应而引起的热弹性膨胀作为点声源,测定了低频弯曲压电传感器的灵敏度随位置的逐点分布、10~300赫范围内的频率响应,确定 了传感器的灵敏区以及灵敏度随压力变化的线性关系。该方法实验装置简单,能同 时给出灵敏度的绝对值和相对值,特别是能在次声范围内标定传感器的灵敏度,是 一种新的测量方法,具有实际应用价值。
This paper describes the use of thermo-elastic expansion caused by the photo-acoustic effect in solid as a point source, and measures the sensitivity of the low-frequency bending piezoelectric sensor as a function of the position-by-point distribution and the frequency response in the range of 10 to 300 Hz The sensitive area of the sensor and the linear relationship between the sensitivity and the pressure. The experimental device of the method is simple and can simultaneously give the absolute value and the relative value of the sensitivity. In particular, the sensitivity of the sensor can be calibrated in the infrasound range. The method is a new measurement method and has practical application value.
